Full Paper submission

Authors are invited to submit six-page full papers presenting original research in façade fire safety.

All papers will go through a peer-review process handled by the Scientific Committee. Each submission will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Based on their feedback, authors may be asked to revise their paper before a final decision is made.

The review process follows the timeline published in the Key Dates section.

We kindly ask authors to carefully address reviewer comments when submitting revised versions.

Submission Guidelines

All six-page full papers will undergo a peer-review process coordinated by the Scientific Committee.

At this stage, submissions will be handled through an online submission system, which will be announced on this website in due course. A submission link and registration instructions will be provided once the system is open.

Authors will be required to prepare their papers using the official conference template, which will be made available for download on the website.

All submissions must be in PDF format.

The review process will follow the timeline published in the Key Dates section. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Based on the reviewers’ comments, authors may be asked to submit a revised version before the final acceptance decision is made.

Submissions that do not follow the template or basic formatting requirements may be returned for correction.

Publication

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Further details about the publication venue and indexing will be announced later.

Selected contributions may be invited for extended publication opportunities in a special issue or related journal.
